A house for rent in the coast of Lisbon, Portugal
Setubal is located 40 kilometres to the south of Lisbon. From Lisbon to Setubal is possible to drive or take a bus or train, which takes about 45 minutes.
Setubal has a coastline with over 13 kilometres of excellent wide sandy beaches and quiet zones.
The River Sado is an emblematic symbol of the city where dolphins still swim. The Arr�bida range, a protected area integrated
into the Arr�bida Natural Park, is considered to be one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.
The house is located in the city center of Setubal, in a walking distance to the main actractions: restaurants, bars, supermarket, and 15 minutes walking to the Ferry Boat that goes to the beach. The price of the ferry ( to go and to come back ) is 2,20euros.
There are other beaches in Setubal and they can be reached by bus, bike or car.
The house has 2 double bedrooms.
Fully furnished living room with cable-tv, cd-player and radio.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring stove,
freezer, fridge, toaster, washing machine and all the kitchen accessories.
